Nosce te ipsum

Well there are more than a few reasons that I would like to meet Soundofsilence. I always enjoy reading her entries and her posts about what she is grateful for. I have only viewed her from a distance so to speak but even from a distance one can clearly see that she is pretty both on the inside and out. It would be an honor to meet her one day.

Because he gives terrific advice and is always so supportive of people and their goals. He is also one of the most selfless people I have interacted with. Just an all-around great guy!

I want to meet CJ because she is NEAT!

Dh, the munchkin, and I had the privilege of meeting Pathfinder_0306 in person today. While we munched on pizza at Double Dave’s we swapped stories and got to know one another a little better. I found out that he’s patient (we were a little late), generous (he bought our lunch), and kind (he laughed at my jokes). He’s also very down-to-earth and a good listener. I think everyone should meet him. : )

Today me and Alaythia and Dh went out for pizza at Double Dave’s. A totally awesome couple!

Just a few things I like Pathfinder_0306:

• He is a great dad, and obviously adores his kids.
• He is knows that being both emotionally open and emotionally supportive are manly things.
• He has a playful side, as seen in his love of peanut butter, top notch cartoons, and favorite comic book heroes.
• He actually spends time and energy learning how to be a better person.
• He is strong in his faith but it doesn’t make him close-minded.
• He understands what it is like to have gone through what we have both gone through in the past year.
